1. Licensing Terms
Equan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize our AI Agent blueprints and Document Intelligence modules under your chosen subscription tier:
- Starter Plans: Allowed for internal testing and small scaling operational queries. Subscriptions are restricted to cloud-hosted environments.
- Professional & Enterprise Plans: License parameters allow hybrid-cloud VPC deployments, subject to the active agent limits specified in your SLA sheet.
2. Permitted Use & Model Safeguards
You agree not to utilize Equan services or fine-tune models to generate, process, or index content that violates national security laws, promotes violence, or engages in malicious spam generation. We reserve the right to suspend API tokens in cases of confirmed platform abuse.
3. Uptime SLA & Support Scope
Enterprise subscriptions include guaranteed uptime SLAs (99.9% or 99.99%) backed by financial service credits. Starter and Professional plans rely on standard server health, with support response times managed through our priority email and Slack lines.
4. Terminations & Contract Audits
We reserve the right to audit local serving instances to verify active agent count parameters. Either party may terminate subscriptions with a 30-day written notice, subject to outstanding invoice completion.
