By default, Equan products are designed to run inside your Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) or local on-premise hardware serving stacks. Under these configurations:

• Zero External Transfers: Your transaction query payloads, document vectors, and LLM prompts never cross our corporate database endpoints.
• Model Context: Prompts injected into models are used exclusively for generation tasks and are never logged or stored for model training purposes by third parties.

2. Information We Collect

When you interact with our public website, schedule diagnostic audits, or request product demos, we collect basic identifiers:

• Contact details (e.g. name, work email address, company name, phone number).
• Operational preferences (e.g. categories of AI products you wish to scope).
• Web analytics (e.g. browser type, operating system version, page visit lengths).

3. Uptime, Audits, & Security compliance

All customer environments are audited annually in accordance with SOC2 and HIPAA security regulations. We employ strict logging limits to ensure that API keys, tokens, and PII are redacted before data enters diagnostics databases.
